I just discovered this song today, and for some reason it reminds me of Luke/Noah.  I don't know if anyone has ever written a fic about Luke writing love letters to Noah when they are broken up or anything, but this song would compliment it wonderfully - an achingly beautiful tune.  This song would also fit with a L/N wedding fic. :)
